Alejandro Paredes Fontanals is a real estate executive and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in sales, investment, and development. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Orior Development and Director of Real Estate at EFC Holdings, companies with extensive property portfolios across the U.S. and Europe.
He has led notable luxury projects such as The Kala Club in Coconut Grove and has driven the growth of EFC Creative Studios, known for its boutique, design-driven developments throughout Europe. Additionally, he has overseen the development of over 1 million square feet of mixed-use projects in the Miami area.
Before his current roles, he was Director at Remix Financial Services, identifying investment opportunities across Latin America, and co-founded Pronto Payment, one of the first digital platforms for property payments and tenant communication.
A Cum Laude graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University, Mr. Paredes is recognized for his strategic vision, analytical mindset, and innovative leadership in the luxury real estate sector.

Ana Lidia Suárez is an architect and urban planning specialist with extensive experience in architecture, interior design, and project management. Known for her creative precision and strategic approach, she excels in space planning and optimization.
She holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Technological University of Havana and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at EUDE Business School in Madrid. She has also completed advanced studies in BIM/Revit methodology.
Professionally, she has worked with leading firms such as Kollage Espacios S.L., where she served as Technical Architect and Interior Designer, managing remodeling projects and overseeing technical documentation and site supervision. At INOUT Hotel Design, she collaborated with hotel groups like Meliá Hotels International, BlueDiamond Resorts & Spa, and Valentin Hotels Resorts, leading design and renovation projects.
Ana Lidia continues to expand her expertise, focusing on innovative, functional, and aesthetically balanced architectural and interior design solutions.

Marta De Oca Cierra is a business and finance professional with a strong academic and professional background in investment and wealth management. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where she studied in English, and completed an exchange program at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux, France.
Her professional experience includes roles at ACON Investments, where she worked in Private Equity, managing investment sourcing, strategic analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio oversight. She has also contributed to Tikehau Investment Management and BBVA CIB Global Finance, focusing on financial analysis, portfolio management, and complex transaction monitoring.
Marta has developed expertise in preparing investment memorandums, performance reports, and growth strategies, and is recognized for her analytical rigor, adaptability, and ability to collaborate effectively with senior management on strategic financial initiatives.
Macarena Luján
Interior Designer
Macarena Luján is an interior design specialist passionate about creating spaces that balance comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. Known for her adaptability and creative precision, she continuously integrates innovative tools and methodologies into her work.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the Universidad de Belgrano and completed an Erasmus program at École de Camondo in Paris, France. Her expertise spans space conception and execution, product management, and strategic planning for residential and commercial projects.
Professionally, Macarena has collaborated with companies such as Quadro, where she managed furniture design and production coordination, and Leroy Merlin, where she specialized in kitchen design and client project management. She also gained experience in hospitality design with Apartments2be and Hausik, optimizing short-term rental spaces, and as a freelance designer, she led the full renovation of Rex Café, transforming it into a modern specialty coffee venue.

Susana Castillo
Civil Engineer & Project Manager
Susana Castillo is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in construction, international trade, and administrative management. She has led multidisciplinary teams, managed large-scale budgets, and implemented strategic plans in complex environments.
Her career includes leadership roles such as Head of Restoration for the National Museum of Fine Arts, overseeing a 35,000 m² heritage project, and participation in the construction of 33 schools and two 700-room hotels in Havana. She also directed an industrial modernization project within a Cuban-Spanish joint venture, achieving a 200% increase in sales.
For more than a decade, she served as Commercial Manager of a foreign branch in Havana, leading projects in importation, distribution, agriculture, and hotel development, with full responsibility for logistics, finance, and market expansion.
With training in Administrative and Financial Management of International Trade, Susana blends technical, financial, and strategic expertise, standing out as a Project Manager with strong leadership, analytical, and execution skills in high-impact projects.

With experience across Argentina, Europe, the U.S., and the Caribbean, Sean has led luxury and bespoke projects in various architectural firms before joining EFC Creative Studio, where he contributes to residential design through creative and technical integration using BIM workflows.
Driven by a passion for crafted, meaningful architecture, he combines contemporary design with local sensitivity and material authenticity to create spaces that evoke memory, light, and emotion.
